Our online programs are here to to assist you in meeting your unique needs, whether it be improving posture, strengthening the muscles in your back and core, better managing symptoms, and maintaining general health and fitness. Our team takes you through exercises you can do from the comfort of your own home.

For those attending our clinic, exercising at home can be a great way to help you stay on track with maintaining results, they are a great supplement your check-ups and specialised treatments including Schroth therapy.

Our clinic has recorded exercises videos specific to your scoliosis exercises given to you in your 1:! appointments, these are available in PhysiApp and guide you through your program at home, this makes exercise prescription easier, and results in improved compliance in home programs.
