Personalised Schroth-Based Exercise in a Supportive Group Environment
Our group classes are based on Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercises (PSSE) using the internationally recognised Schroth Method. While classes are delivered in a small group setting, every exercise remains individually tailored to your unique spinal curve and rehabilitation goals.
Group classes are an excellent way to build on the progress you've made during one-on-one physiotherapy sessions. They provide ongoing guidance, help refine your technique, and support you in integrating corrective strategies into everyday movement and exercise—all in a more affordable format.
We offer both in-person and online classes for people with scoliosis and kyphosis, with age-appropriate groups available.

Small Classes. Expert Guidance.
All group sessions are led by experienced Physiotherapists with specialised training in PSSE and the Schroth Method. To ensure individual attention and high-quality instruction, classes maintain a low instructor-to-participant ratio of approximately 1:3–5.

What You'll Work On
Your personalised three-dimensional scoliosis-specific exercise program may include:
-
Elongation – Lengthening the spine towards a more neutral alignment, using equipment such as traction straps and wall bars where appropriate.
-
Corrective Breathing – Targeted breathing and expansion techniques to improve rib mobility and open areas restricted by scoliosis.
-
De-Rotation – Using specialised wedges and positioning to assist the spine towards improved alignment.
-
Strengthening – Building strength in your corrected posture to help manage pain, improve function, and support long-term spinal health.
-
Functional Integration – Applying your corrections into everyday movements, activities, and exercise for lasting results.

A Purpose-Built Schroth Rehabilitation Studio
Our dedicated rehabilitation space has been specifically designed for scoliosis and spinal conditions, featuring individual wall bars and specialised equipment for Schroth, Pilates, and rehabilitation training. Your rehabilitation journey begins with learning your personalised Schroth corrections during one-on-one physiotherapy sessions. As your confidence and technique develop, you can progress into group classes that build strength, endurance, balance, and movement control through Schroth-based exercise, Pilates, and functional rehabilitation. This integrated approach allows your program to evolve with your needs, helping you transition from corrective exercises to long-term strength and movement strategies that support lifelong spinal health and self-management.
